DAREDEVIL Review

I saw the advance screening of Daredevil last night, sponsored by Wave 89.1, Comic Quest and Pipeworx at the SM Megamall with the Pipe staff and the Comic Quest Gang.
Daredevil is an all-time Marvel super hero who wears a neat red costume. This comic book legend known as the "Man Without Fear" finally made it to the big screen starring Ben Affleck.
Affleck plays Matthew Murdock whos is left blind while he ran away from his father after seeing him mugging a guy. Although his eyes can no longer function, Murdock acquired a secret radar-like ability. If you are a Daredevil fan, in the comic book Murdock became blind when he is hit by a radioactive isotope while saving a man's life.

Despite the lost of his sight, he became a lawyer and decided to use his powers to protect the innocent in New York City's Hell's Kitchen. Affleck's performance was good, but Elektra played by Jennifer Garner (Alias) stole the show. For those who haven't seen the flick, Elektra's fight scenes with Murdock is something to look forward to.

Daredevil is the now the number one movie in the US after its release 3 days ago.
