STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER

I was bedridden for a week and a half due to horrible tonsilitis. It felt like swallowing with "pins and needles" stuck at your throat. I had 102F fever and all I could eat was anything soft or liquid because swallowing made me shed a tear or two. Really. It did make me lose 4 pounds.
Now that everything is all better, and my appetite is slowly coming back, my significant other
brought me strawberries the other day and these beautiful red berries became my favorite TV Snack. I either dip them in honey or melted chocolate. Yum yum.

I remember going back to my childhood days in Baguio when my parents brought me and my brother to a strawberry farm and picking them from the fields turn out to be as more fun than eating them. :)
